I LOVE my new computer!

Alright so maybe I should say "our" new computer - even though I don't really want to :) I suppose I should share. Our most recent purchase to replace my almost 6 year old laptop was this new iMac with a 24" screen. It's amazing the space it saves and did I mention that the screen is like 3 times bigger - well at least it feels that way. All I can say is it's much easier on the eyes when you're editing hundreds of images for hours at a time. Of course being the smart shopper I am I was hesitant to even look at purchasing such a computer that wasn't even on sale - it may have cost a pretty penny, but it has been well worth it so far and we've only had it a couple weeks.

Adam & Sarah : Wedding

Well I've finally gotten around to updating - it's been at least 3 weeks since our last post, but here we go. Once again we had the opportunity to shoot a beautiful wedding at one of our favorite locations - Culver, IN. Although the weather was gloomy, it sure didn't affect the excitement of the day! Adam and Sarah you guys were amazing to work with - thank you for allowing us to be apart of your special day!

The Miller's

A gorgeous day with a wonderful family. We spent last Sunday afternoon visiting several Chesterton area parks with the Miller family. A photo shoot that was originally scheduled for 2 weeks ago had to be held off until then in hopes of finding some color in the treetops. Unfortunately, out of all three parks combined only a single brightly colored tree could be found - we made the best of the scenery though - finding other spots of interest.

Michelle I'm sure you'll love me for posting this next picture......but I love it!

We had a great time and loved working with you guys!!!

Where's the Wilson's? There they are!

A week ago Greg and I had the chance to spend an entire week in Utah visiting his brother, sister and their families. We had a rough start - missing our flight by a few minutes (which was at 6:45am) and not having another flight leave until after 4pm. Although I was of course a little upset (maybe even shedding a few tears at the counter when I found out we were going to be waiting 10 hours in the airport), when we finally landed we couldn't have been more excited. We had a great trip - ate out a ton, spent time with the family, oh and did I mention we ate out a ton! Since we stayed with Greg's sister Melissa and her husband Rob --->

- it was a perfect opportunity to take some shots of their kids, Maddie and Jude. They are too cute!!!

We spent one
afternoon picking out our perfect pumpkins at a local pumpkin patch. Another wonderful photo opportunity with laughs to go with. Maddie was very amused by the goat which she immediately imitated while showing off her one of a kind walk :)

Hopefully over Thanksgiving we'll be able to get a picture of Maddie doing the splits - it's pretty darn amazing!

Later in the week we finally carved our pumpkins - it was total concentration by all 4 of us - especially Rob, in the end they turned out pretty awesome.

Alright I promise I'm almost finished......

Jude admired Greg's amazing Sonic the Hedgehog skills while Maddie decided to wear my pink shorts fashionably as a spring jacket :)

Mmmmmm!

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AT THANKSGIVING!!!
