Well I think this will finish up the blogs of 2009 (except for Mexico). During my time as a basketball player, I was lucky to have two great coaches. One of which was Coach Thornton, my coach at Norwell High School. His first year coaching at Norwell was my first year there also. If you ask him, he'll tell you, we were HORRIBLE! I would probably have to agree, but seeing as I can't remember week to week, it's hard telling how bad we really were. Anyway, over the course of my 4 years there we did get better, and a huge part of our success as a team came because of his dedication to the program. I now coach at the 7th grade level at the middle school which feeds into high school, and when I can I try to help out with the varsity team. It's been great to experience both sides of the program - as a player and as a coach. Towards the end of this year coach gave me an opportunity to shoot some team photos for their poster and also to take pictures of his family for their Christmas cards. I had an amazing time working with everyone and as always look forward to seeing all of you in the gym!
The whole family!
This shot cracked me up - talk about brotherly love! :)
The Lady Knights!
Good luck with the rest of your season!!!
