On Tuesday I took my 7th grade basketball team to see Indiana Wesleyan University Women's basketball team play against one of their conference rivals Huntington University. Before the game we hit up Ivanhoe's in Upland, IN, for an early dinner and ice cream. If you're ever near Upland, IN - I highly recommend stopping in. Everything comes in large portions, and cost is also very reasonable. After Ivanhoe's we headed to IWU - of course we ended up getting there almost an hour and a half before the start of the game. Now what in the world do you do with 13 hyped up on sugar 7th grade girls?! ....
You let them bounce around the Student Center for a good half hour or so!
Then you let them play knockout and run around the Auxiliary gym for awhile.
As you can see we had no trouble getting a front row seat :)
After the game, a few of the IWU players were nice enough to take pictures with the girls. And we're not talking like one or two pictures - they took like 30!

The girls even got a picture with Coach Brooks!
Overall I think they all had a great time - me included!
IWU beat Huntington 62-49 and are currently 15-3 overall
