As I had said before, we got to spend a ton of time with family the week of Greg's brother's wedding. We split our time between three different locations - St. Joseph, Michigan; Culver, Indiana (wedding); and Chesterton, Indiana.
In Michigan we checked out the carousal down by the beach and ate at a really good pizza joint called Gelsosomo's Pizzeria.
Jude wasn't so sure about the carousal :)
Gelsosomo's did something that I thought was really cool. Once we were seated at our table the waitress brought our niece and nephew (Jude & Maddie) each a ball of pizza dough. They loved it! Talk about the easiest way to keep kids entertained at a sit-down restaurant.
In Culver, during any downtime we had, we hung out at a lake house Greg's mom rented for the weekend. Nice and relaxing!
Start them early :)
Greg's dad put on a fireworks show for us in Chesterton.
I photographed the first ever sock monkey wedding.
It was perfect! Great job Maddie & Jude! :)
This is the groom waiting for the bride.
Of course the flower girl and ring boy had to walk the aisle.
And here comes the bride!
You may kiss the bride :)
First photo as a married monkey couple
Don't forget the family photo! hehe.
And it ended with a dance party. What you think? Perfection?
A little hangout time in the hammock
Great week! Miss all of you!

Maddie LOVES the pictures of the Monkey Wedding. It really was a day to remember.
Let's all pretend that I bothered to brush my kids' hair that day...
Thanks for being a great Aunt and Uncle!
Seriously, those are the best wedding shots I've ever seen. Well done!
