One afternoon during our Mexico trip the entire group traveled to Playa del Carmen to do a little shopping. Playa del Carmen is a more commercialized area, but it was still fun to walk the streets and hear the salesmen call us all kinds of names to try and get our attention. Pretty sure I was labeled "Paparazzi" and they called Greg a hilarious name too, but it's slipped our minds since the trip.
Although no souvenirs were purchased, we did taste some outstanding gelato! Mmmm!
Is he real? Sure is, but boy could he stand still and not only that, but while on a bucket! I was definitely impressed.
Just before sundown a group of us headed back to Taninah while the rest hung around Playa del Carmen to experience the night life and celebrate Sarah's birthday.

Love the pictures...especially the one with the BIG brothers protecting their little sister. These posts being spaced out as they have seemed like mini vacations back to paradise. Can't wait to go again. Lets make plans!!
